My Daily Affirmations

I’m back! It’s been a CRAZY year. Started and completed 5 months/200 hours of yoga teacher training, got engaged, got married, and moved! All while working full-time as a pediatric occupational therapist and taking on a new role as the OT in the therapeutic pre-school program. It’s all been such a blessing, but haven’t really found the time to blog. But I’m ready to get back into it!

I thought I’d start off by sharing my daily positive affirmations (as doing something like sharing your thoughts and feelings through writing can be very scary). About a year ago, I wrote down a list of affirmations to help me reset my beliefs in order to improve the quality of my life and to become the person I’ve always wanted to become. At first, it feels silly to say affirmations to yourself, but over time you really start to feel the impact it makes. Before you know it, these affirmations become your truth and you begin to make subconscious decisions to live out these truths. Feel free to use the ones I wrote, or create your own! (Some of these were inspired by Hal Elrod from The Miracle Morning).

Enjoy the journey to the new you. Xo
